Since the adoption of planning and zoning in Camden County on June 1, 2004, we have successfully represented both homeowners concerned about the impact of development on their properties and developers seeking to obtain approval for their planned developments from the Planning and Zoning Commission or the Board of Adjustment. We have successfully prevented zoning change requests that would have harmed the value of surrounding properties. We have also assisted developers in designing projects which work with the surrounding neighborhood to enhance values and obtained approval of our client's projects from the Planning and Zoning Commission, including a Planned Unit Development (PUD) encompassing an 11-story commercial resort, residential condominiums, townhouses, and a dry-stack marina facility.
